These two questions can direct any chiropractor in the right direction for the most common ailment and treatment for the patient’s neck pain. Why these two questions of all things? Well, it is a common thing for people to move and thrash about in their sleep and when they do there is the potential for straining a muscle in their neck. Additionally, many people sleep with their head too elevated, or not at all, and that too can cause neck pain.
