Do you have a friend, a relative or a love one who needs to know about chiropractic? If you are like most of our patients, you have someone who could benefit from chiropractic care. And like most of our patients, you probably tired to explain this to them, only to be frustrated when they did not understand. Join with us in our Health-A-Friend Program and we will do the work for you.

Please take a moment and fill out the form below or print out the form and on your next visit just drop it off, we will then send your friend, relative or loved one the necessary literature and invite them to on of our Wellness Workshops or offer them a complimentary evaluation. The information they gain my just change their mind and may just change their health and life.
