Chiropractic wins, hands down.
395,641 patients were used to compare chiroptactic costs and medical costs. The substantial cost savings from chiropractic treatments resulted in a recommendation that health insurance programs re-examine chiropractic coverage in relation to medical coverage.
The researcher, after two years of research on theses 395,641 patients said:..."we believe that the wide gap in the overall cost experience between chiropractic and medical patients cannot easily be dismissed even by skeptics of the chiropractic profession."
In another report, based on school districts in California's San Diego County, the administrator said, "It's {chiropractic} one of the best benefits possible from a quality, quantity and pricing perpective." When a member survey revealed an 85% percent satisfaction rate with chiropractic after one year, coverage for chiropractic was integrated into the basic health plan for school districts in San Diego County.
Now that the A.M.A. cannot as effectively attempt to destroy chiropractic, and the truth becomes widespread, chiropractic has moved with unrivaled speed and acceptance into hte mainstream of society.
Chiropractic treatment has proven to lower worker's medical and compensation costs while giving greater satisfaction.
