APPOINTMENTS

Our office is is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. One must call first to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot treat the any patient unless they have an appointment. By our appointment only policy patients can benefit shorter wait times and better treatement.

It is the responsibility of every patient to make sure they book an appointment prior to coming to our clinic.

We accept same day appointments.

Appointments are taken Monday threw Friday during normal business hours. Our waiting area is limited and can accommodate our patients only. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional persons besides yourself to wait for you while you're being serviced.

Appointments for massages can be made at the same times as regular appointments. A deposit is required to reserve a message appointment. Massage appointments may be canceled or change with a 24 hour notification is mandotory. If appointments are not canceld or rescheduled withing 24 hours the patient looses their deposit.

Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment, If you arrive late you will receive the remaining scheduled time and will be billed for the original reserved time.

Keeping each of these scheduled appointments is the least expensive way to assure optimum chiropractic health.

We ask:
Plan your appointments at times that you can reasonably expect to keep them.
Because our professional team blocks out a specific time period to meet with you, it is important that you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If an emergency does arise, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that the valuable appointment time may be given to another patient in need of our services. This will assist us in avoiding unnecessary increases in dental fees due to the additional overhead costs of unappointed times and keep our service at a high level for all of our patients.
To protect the investment you are making in your oral health, we will schedule periodic examination and necessary cleaning appointments according to your needs. We make courtesy calls to our patients to confirm their appointments
