Licensed Massage Therapist

We are looking for a licensed massage therapist that is interested in learning and doing more in the area of physical and rehabilitative therapy. We require someone who loves dealing with the public and will assist with various administrative and creative activities. The position is ideal for an entry level individual who is open minded and willing to be trained. This is a very busy chiropractic office!

Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus but not necessary.

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION

The hours are from Monday through Thursday form 8:30 a.m. till 6:30 p.m. Individual will get a half and hour lunch every day. Individual will be required to work after 6:30 p.m. (Till the last patient leaves.)

Our clinic is in Nashville by the Southern Hills hospital. The major cross streets are Harding and Nolensville Pike. The doctor has been in business for over 10 years in the same location.

Position pays an hourly base plus commission. The hourly pay depends on experience and commission would be discussed at the time of hire between the doctor and the therapist.

Bilingual Receptionist

Entry level bilingual receptionist who loves dealing with the public and will assist with various administrative and creative activities. Must be a team player and focused on customer service. Individual must be proficient in English and Spanish and have some office experience. Individual must be up tone and be willing to be trained in our office policies.

The position is Monday through Friday form 8:30 a.m. till 6:30 p.m. Individual will be required to work after 6:30 p.m. (Till the last patient leaves. Will not exceed 8:00 p.m.)

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Receive patients as they come in.
Book appointments
Call patients to remind them of their appointments.
Keep files up to date.
Willingness to take initiative
Good attention to detail
Clean and keep organized the Reception area.
Document filing and data entry.
Stock brochures and other materials.
Creating and editing letters
Various additional duties as required for the position.

Job Qualifications:
Prior Receptionist
Typing and filing.
Excellent communication Skills.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must have a success-driven and courteous demeanor.
Excellent Telephone Skills.
